We are White Birch Consulting, and welcome to our website. We specialize in providing expert consultants to clients needing assistance in delivering organization or technology change. Whether you are establishing a new vision, developing or upgrading an IT system or simply looking for some advice, we can help.
White Birch Consulting has one basic philosophy – whatever is good for our client is good for us. Before any engagement we have a senior delivery representative - not a salesperson – discuss your needs and determine how best to help. Sometimes that may mean recommending the consulting requirement be delayed or deferred until other dependent tasks have been completed… we will never take business engagements which do not bring immediate value to our clients.
All our consultants have either worked directly with our senior delivery managers, or have been strongly recommended through known business contacts. We build our teams based on who has the best skills, not who is currently on the bench.
